Refund policy

Due to the nature of our services, completed treatments, consultations, deposits, and digital services are non-refundable.

Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in their original condition.

Clients must contact us before returning any product.

Deposits used to reserve appointments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.
